If it’s not on that list, it doesn’t mean we can’t work on it… it usually means that it may be too old to fix in a monetarily feasible manner. But don’t hesitate to ask us about any repair.
Service Rates:
- The rate for our Regular Service is $65 per hour. When you check-in your repair at this rate, you can expect us to start (not finish) your repair within 2 business days.
- The rate for our Expedited Service is $99 per hour. When you check-in your repair at this rate, you can expect us to start (not finish) your repair that same day.
Warranty:
- We also offer a competitive 90-day warranty on any work that we do for you. Hopefully, we’d never have to worry about that… but we understand that computers are unpredictable. If any part that we replaced fails of natural causes within 90 days, we’ll replace it again for free.
